Nice! We are on the lookout for an Executive Producer to lead our team in the creation of custom-made (international) live shows. Somebody who brings together project strategy, planning, finances on the one hand, and creativity and aesthetics on the other.
Plugged Live Shows creates one-of-a-kind live shows, worldwide. We are an experiential studio that engages audiences and touches individuals by creating signature shows with a creative vision and a deep communicative core.
You are an Executive producer who merges art, commerce and production seamlessly into unforgettable live experiences. You are a master in organizing complex projects, especially when mixed with artistic and aesthetic challenges. You feel an urge to turn our clients’ dreams into reality. You are a natural leader who sees a solution to every challenge you come across. You understand what our (creative) team needs to excel.
In this role you…
Your role encompasses financial, and managerial responsibilities, ensuring that the show meets artistic objectives while remaining within budget and schedule constraints. The Executive Producer has the overall responsibility for the project, overseeing finances, planning, workflow and client management.
- Oversees the full project process such as planning, finances, workflow and client management while maintaining a helicopter view of the project;
- Responsible for an efficient workflow throughout the whole process;
- Responsible for creating the organizational chart for the show production;
- Work with the Art Director to realize custom creations with (international / external) teams;
- Schedule and measure data on the progress of milestones, and deliverables;
- Prioritize deliverables, formulating KPIs and ensure the quality of the team;
- Present proposals to our clients with the Art Director;
- Resolve any productional and practical challenges;
- Facilitate the creative and production team with inspiration, enthusiasm and structure;
Our wishlist:
We are looking for an Executive producer with the following traits.
- Proven experience in the role of (international) Executive producer/ Project manager;
- Expert when it comes to organization, planning and ensuring on time delivery of work;
- You are able to balance the business aspects with the creative process;
- You are familiar in the live-entertainment industry and feel comfortable within its demanding, international and dynamic character;
- You keep your calm, even in stressful situations and are able to juggle multiple tasks and responsibilities with ease;
- You have well developed leadership skills and you know how to coach your team into excellence;
- Experience in: ERP systems (knowledge of GRIPP is preferred) Project management dashboards and project management tools like Asana;
- Outstanding communication skills, in English and Dutch.
